Khabib stays Undefeated 27-0 yet sadly that isn't the thing we will be remembering from UFC 229

First things first where can I start. This UFC had everything more than we anticipated, it had knockouts, hand breaks, tap outs and even scuffle's with the audience.

We knew before this fight would even take place that this was going to be electric, probably dangerous too. Yet we never anticipated what would happen once the fight was finished. We will get to that shortly.

Round one -

It started exactly how myself and everyone would had seen the fight going, Connor looking strong in the opening bell, yet then Khabib finding a gap for a take down, credit to Conor he was able to stuff a few, yet when someone is consistent with his attempts at taking you down if you don't give one up you will eventually give up another.
Immediately when he took Conor down it was pretty mediocre round as nothing really happened once it went to the ground. Khabib wrapped his legs around Conor's to avoid movement and of course make his legs go tired to make him not being able to withstand the duration of the fight. Conor tried
to stand up and react with some elbows. But the round ends with Khabib clearly being the victor of the round.

Round two -

Was similar to round one for Khabib whereas this time once he had Conor down he through bombs of punches the type of punches that literally KO opponents. This was again for majority of the round also. Conor did eventually get back to his feet and throw a few punches back but nothing significant that could potentially hurt Khabib. That being said a looking overhand right from Khabib hits Conor and wobbles him and knocks him down. That's when Khabib pretty much keeps him where he needs to for the round.

Round three -

This was the round where it was different, I mean it was a-lot closer the only round you could argue Conor may had won. Purely I think Khabib was a bit gassed from using his energy taking him down and throwing all them punches in the opening two rounds. However, that lead to Conor to come out this round and out box him. Stuffed a lot of take downs. But again it might had been a fatigue problem at this point as both fighters was remotely drained.  That being said whenever each fighter threw a punch they got one back, it was a very close round.

Round four -

Coming out to this round Conor was gassed, his fatigue was visible, however that being said Khabib continued the pressure this time constantly changing levels throwing a punch then shooting for a take down, it was literally using so much energy from Conor as he had no idea what to do. Eventually Khabib finally takes him down, Conor defended pretty well up until the point Khabib got his back and sunk in a rear naked choke. (granted if you watch the footage it wasn't sunk in properly but it didn't need to be when you are exhausted) Conor tapped.

Now reading this should be a pretty straight forward result and Khabib should had just gone about his day normally right? Wrong from that remarkable performance we witness take place from Khabib we will never remember that fight card for that reason we will remember that fight card for the night Khabib lost it after the fight, jumped the cage kicked off with Conor's corner men, and well Khabibs team then attacking Conor in the octagon.

First and foremost it was a remarkable win and rightly deserved the win for that respect, that being said with the Nevada State Athlete commission however they will handle the situation is a different story, they could potentially give Khabib a permeant ban from the sport for reflecting the sport in such a bad light. (Granted that's the extreme worst case thing that could happen) unlikely, but it's still a possibility that could potentially happen, another could be he could be stripped from his UFC lightweight belt.
He might not be stripped because of his behaviour but if the Commission board states he's suspended from MMA for ex-amount of months he could potentially lose his visa and have to be deported therefore will give the UFC no excuse but to strip him from his belt. Of course none of this has taken place so we are only speaking in if's or maybe's or what if's no one knows until the board gets their thoughts on the whole proceedings.

Lets see what people thought about this on social media.
